When practice is canceled you will receive an alert/notification from the Swimtopia App or an email from Swimtopia. If you have not downloaded the Swimtopia app yet, do so today! It will be the primary way we communicate going forward for practices, etc. Make sure you have your notifications turned on so you don't miss anything.

Weather can be very unpredictable especially in the summer with rainstorms or thunderstorms that can pop up or clear up quickly. Keep in mind that decisions to cancel may occur close to the beginning or even during a practice or meet. Typically, we will hold swim practice if it is raining lightly. If practice (or meet) has started and we hear thunder there is a 30 minute delay. Lightening means the pool deck has to be cleared and furthur instructions will be given at that time.
