Volunteer Positions
How to Register to Volunteer at Swim Meets:
- Make sure you are logged in to the website (login is in upper right corner of website).
- Select "Athlete/Volunteer SignUp" to sign up for a swim meet.
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Volunteer Positions:
Referee (trained required)
Starter (training required)
Timer
Time Drops (training required)
Runner
Stroke & Turn Judge (training required)
Sweep Judge
Clerk of Course
Scorekeeper
Ribbon Writer
Other duties as needed
*Brief job descriptions are included under sign ups. If you have questions please ask a board member.
Trained Positions:
You must either attend an in person training session at the beginning of the season or complete the GPSA Officials Test. Use the link below to access training videos and take officials test.
