Hello Parents!! Thank you to everyone who came to practice today (especially the swimmers who hopped in the chilly pool...lol). We are so excited to see what 2024 has in store for the team!

As a recap from tonight's parent meeting:

• When arriving, please use the side ramp to enter & exit the pool deck
• Please make sure your swimmers come to practice not only on time, but with the appropriate clothing as the weather is still pretty unpredictable this time of year
• If you have not done so, please make sure you download the Swimtopia app as we will send all important communication there
• Please refer to the team website for all meet/event dates
• Officials training is Wednesday, May 29th at the pool (time to be determined); if you are a returning parent please plan to attend as we need to ensure we have enough trained volunteers. for the season
• We are accepting team sponsors; if you know any local small businesses or organizations that would be interested please send them the attached form
• We have some new fundraising opportunities this season and thank you all in advance for your participation
• Please make sure all swim team fees AND pool membership fees are paid by this Friday

If you have any friends or family members interested in joining the team, please share this LINK with them. 

If you could not bring your swimmer for evaluation this afternoon, please arrive a few minutes early so he/she can be evaluated by Coach Estefany or Coach Danielle. If you did attend tonight's practice please see the practice group schedule below:

Practice Schedule

Practice is Monday - Friday Night

Practices will be divided into Blue, Silver, Grey, and Pups (non-swimmers) groups. Practice time includes set-up and clean-up of the lane lines and swim team equipment.

*Coaches determine each swimmer's practice times based on criteria set by the coaching staff. Any exceptions must be approved by the coaching staff. Swimmers may progress to more advanced practices as the season progresses.*

• 5:15 - 6:30 PM - Silver
• 6:30 - 7:00 PM - Pups
• 6:30 - 7:15 PM - Grey
• 7:15 - 8:30 PM - Blue

Morning Practices start June 17th

Practice is Monday - Friday Morning

• 6:45 AM - 8:00 AM - Blue
• 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM - Pups
• 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM - Grey
• 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM Silver

No Practice

• Memorial Day May 27th
• Independence Day Weekend July 4th & 5th
• Rest for City Meet August 2nd
