Below is the schedule for the week of July 15th:
𝐰𝐢𝐦 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡
𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 - 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 & 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐞. Warmups begin at 5:15 pm - Please arrive early and have your swimmers ready to get in the water! It is going to be a hot one so plan accordingly with plenty of fluids packed. 
𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 - 𝐒𝐖𝐈𝐌 𝐀 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐍 - 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬. Swimmers should ask for pledges from family, friends, and neighbors - donations can be a flat fee or a per lap pledge. Swimmers will complete as many laps as possible during their practice time. Donations can be cash, check or paypal.

𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 - 𝐍𝐎 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞. 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 @ 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐲. Warm-ups at 5:15 pm at Colony Pool 347 Eastwood Drive in Newport News. Arrive early to set up, receive events, and get prepared to swim.
